Prices:
Recommended retail prices are quoted and advertised in good faith but are subject to change without notice.

Freight:
All orders will be supplied freight free within Australia provided invoice value is over $150 net. Freight on returns will be paid by the customer.

Small Invoice Surcharge:
A surcharge of $11 (including GST) applies to all invoices despatched of less than $150 invoice value, within Australia.

Terms of Payment:
Strictly nett 30 days from invoice date.

Back Orders:
All out of stock books will be automatically back ordered unless otherwise advised.

No Fault Returns:
Books damaged in transit with a value greater than $50 RRP and any shortages must be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods and invoice number/s must be quoted. For books with RRP less than $50, the title page and first page of narrative text must be returned and invoice number/s be quoted. Deliveries incorrectly supplied must be advised within 7 days and Tower Books will arrange pick-up via its nominated carrier.
